3. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and discuss buying or selling a property.
To send you customer care text messages (Maybridge Customer Care) only if you ticked that box, and marketing text messages about off-market deals (Maybridge Deal Alerts) only if you ticked that separate box.
To keep records required for our legitimate business and legal obligations.

4. SMS & mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We never sell mobile numbers or SMS consent, and information about your SMS opt-in and consent is never shared with any third parties or affiliates. Mobile numbers collected for text messaging are used solely to send you the programme you agreed to: Maybridge Customer Care, Maybridge Deal Alerts, or both.
